At Mulberry Threads, we want you to love your home sanctuary as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and unwashed items. If your new linens aren't the perfect fit for your space, we are here to help facilitate a smooth exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unwashed, unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
